This is a nostalgic gallery for me. In 1997 I was part of the first mountain bike expedition to circumnavigate the Annapurna massif in the Himalayas of Nepal. Beyond the unbearable beauty of the mountains and the hardship and camaraderie of the riding, in the end it was the people who moved me the most.
